When you opt in, AmericanGadgetCo will send you recurring automated marketing text messages, which may include hand-picked home gadget deals, new product reviews, promotions, and related updates.
You can join our SMS program by submitting your mobile phone number through our newsletter opt-in form and checking the box confirming: "I agree to receive SMS marketing texts from americangadgetco. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Msg/data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies." Consent is collected separately and is not pre-checked. Providing your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

Our program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
No mobile information (including your phone number) will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers strictly necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service (such as our messaging platform provider). You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to enroll in our SMS program.
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
